Cancellation Policy

It’s very important to me, to make my clients feel comfortable and relaxed –

So I completely understand that every now and then we get those crazy hectic days.

Due to this, if you are running late for your appointment, please let me know as soon as possible as I will try my best to ensure you still can have your full duration of your appointment.

But if you are running more than 15 minutes late –
I’m afraid the time may have to be shortened or cancelled, but you will still be charged the original price.

If you have to cancel your appointment’ within 24 hours of your appointment time – you will be required to pay 50% of you session.
